Sponsorship Options

Below are the sponsorship packages we have prepared and the benefits that we can offer your business in terms of promotion, through the beer festival. Over the course of our three sessions, your brand could be seen by up over 1000 people visiting the beer festival.

• A full page programme advert and company name displayed on the website
• Your Company banner displayed at the beer festival.
• Free entry to the beer festival for 10 people with 50 beer tokens.

• Your Company Logo included on this years souvenir glasses.
• A full page programme advert and company name displayed on the website
• Your Company banner displayed at the beer festival.
• Free entry to the beer festival for 6 people with 30 beer tokens.

Children under the age of 18 are welcome with adult ticket holders to our Saturday lunch time session, subject to capacity restrictions. Our evening sessions are over 18’s only. The organisers reserve the right to ask under 18’s to leave at any time, or restrict areas where children cannot go without notice.

We’ve got a BBQ cooking butchers burgers and sausages, along with vegetarian options, and chips.

• A variety of advert size options are available in the A5 programme
• Everyone entering the beer festival receives the programme

• Company name printed next to the beer in the programme and on the website.
• Free entry to the beer festival for 2 people.
• All beer sponsorship is £50 per barrel..38 opportunities available.

The entry charge covers our set up costs for the beer festival, along with the souvenir glasses and programs that are given to every attendee.

If you would like to make a general donation to the 2nd Cuddington (Rowe) Scout Group, then we will be happy to accept!
